Delivered a full turnkey installation at Jamestown Bus Depot to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. The scope covered the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-capacity drive-through bus wash, a water reclaim system, a fully integrated compressed air network, and an advanced vehicle fume extraction solution, including controls integration, training, and documentation.
Jamestown required a high-throughput, low-impact facility to support daily fleet operations. The mandate was clear: faster, more consistent cleaning; responsible water use; dependable, energy-efficient compressed air across workshops; and a safer, cleaner working environment. We delivered a state-of-the-art SBW drive-through bus wash paired with a Kirton water reclaim system, an energy-efficient Renner compressor with an IR Ultra-efficient EPL Quick-Fit Compressed Air Piping System, and an advanced vehicle fume extraction system. The result is a cohesive, future-ready infrastructure with simplified maintenance and improved sustainability.
