The new Champion 30–75 kW range has been completely redesigned, with changes to all parts of the compressor, including the airend, the controller, and the cooling system.

All our airends feature a unique semi-integrated design with an oil filter and intake valve, as shown in the diagram below. This integrated design offers a very compact solution that is not only easy to service but also minimises leakage risks through reduced piping and fewer components. The new FM Series 30–75 kW range features premium-quality airends designed and manufactured in-house.

The manufacturing process uses the latest CNC rotor grinding machinery, coupled with online laser technology, to maintain precise manufacturing tolerances. Click the airend video tab to learn more about this process.
