APS Waterford
APS replaced its legacy 45 kW fixed-speed unit with an oil-free, variable-speed screw compressor (IRN45OF). Given the site’s variable load profile and historic pressure drops across downstream oil-removal filters, VSD control and the removal of oil-related ancillary stages offered a clear path to lower energy use and cleaner air.
Jamestown Bus Depot
Delivered a full turnkey installation at Jamestown Bus Depot to enhance operational efficiency, safety, and environmental performance. Scope covered design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a high-capacity drive-through bus wash, a water reclaim system, a fully integrated compressed air network, and an advanced vehicle fume extraction solution, including controls integration, training, and documentation.
